This is why I started learning boating: One day, Father went to dinner with family. Father talks about fishing and reminisces times of learning boating years back. Father had history of failing boat theory test. Father asks Daugther to take up boat course to copy from her during exams (not knowing that times have changed and everything is computerized with different test sets). Daughter disagrees and suggests taking up the course herself.
Voila! That's how I got started. A weekend course from 9.30am-6.30pm.
